GEM18 – After you deleted or reset your passcode, you will need to recover your Verified.Me profile.

After setting up your passcode/passkey, follow these steps to recover your Verified.Me profile:

  1. Remove the Verified.Me app
  2. Re-install the Verified.Me app
  3. Open the app and choose “I already have a Verified.Me profile”
