If you receive this error, then you may have removed the passcode on your device and consequently lost the data associated with the Verified.Me app. To resolve the issue, you will need to reconfigure the passcode feature on your device and then recover your profile by reinstalling the Verified.Me app, starting the app and choosing “I already have a Verified.Me Profile”.
