Sometimes your smartphone may prevent the Verified.Me application from opening a link and force open your native browser instead. Simply follow the steps on your smartphone screen to adjust the settings and prevent this from happening in the future.
First, make sure you have the Verified.Me app installed. If you do, go directly to Step 1.
Step 1: If you see the Safari icon in the lower right corner please select it.
Step 2: Pull down and then select OPEN to open the Verified.Me app. If you pull down and don’t see the Verified.Me app banner, please go to Step 3.
Step 3: If you didn’t see the Verified.Me app banner in Step 2, Please click the following button to continue.
